Welcome to my recipe page! SV has a ton of potential in terms of sandwich-making, so I'm listing my favorite recipes here for each type to use for shiny and other form hunting. This is obviously a big WIP as more recipes are found. If you find some you think I would be interested in, PLEASE send them my way! I am especially interested in non-HM sandwiches that up encounter power along with teeny/jumbo power. Recipes just for shiny/title/encounter with HM are already really well documented and I'd like to have some other options. If you feel up to experimenting with what you can find, Cecil Bowen's Sandwich Simulator caluclates game accurate sandwiches.

Recipe Key: Hover over the icon if you're not sure what the name of it is. Every icon represents one 'serving' of the ingredient, meaning all three pieces should be on the sandwich unless specified. For example: 3 servings = 9 pieces. A few ingredients like hamburgers and rice only have one piece per serving. Putting the top bun onto the sandwich is not required for the recipe to work, so if you're not confident everything will stay on don't bother. And always remember to save your game beforehand in case you mess up, especially if Herba Mystica are involved!

HM Sandwiches

This is for sandwiches that use that spicy spicy material. Note that only shiny and title power can be achieved using Herba Mystica, as far as I'm aware. Herba Mystica is obtained via 5 and 6 star raids. It was initially thought that salty was the best to get, but explorations into further recipes have revealed that most are absolutely interchangeable. If a specific HM is needed, I will specify the flavor below.

Shiny/Title/Encounter Power 3

Exceptions: Never mix sweet and sour HM. Do not double up on sweet or sour HM, as they have numerous types that will not work. They are wretched harbingers of doom. Credit to @tak2525tak for the recipes!

Title/Encounter Power 3

Non-HM Sandwiches

For people who don't want to grind HM (me) or don't want to even have the possibility of shiny power accidentally showing up. Most of these will not be encounter power 3. I'm not sure it's possible without HM, honestly! I prefer to hunt with lvl 2 because of that, but the level will be specified below.
